Broadgrail Terms of Use: Understand Your Rights and Responsibilities

Payment Terms (If Applicable)

Certain services provided by Broadgrail may require payment. By purchasing these services, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and refund policy outlined during the purchase process. Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled as per the cancellation policy.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Appointment Scheduling

Broadgrail offers appointment scheduling through Microsoft Bookings to facilitate consultations, support sessions, and other services. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and adhere to the guidelines regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Broadgrail reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments in certain situations and is not responsible for any technical issues related to Microsoft’s platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used and stored.

No Solicitation Through Microsoft Bookings

The Microsoft Bookings feature provided on the Site is strictly for scheduling appointments related to Broadgrail’s services. Using this system for unsolicited sales, marketing, recruitment, or any non-service-related purposes is expressly forbidden. Broadgrail will immediately cancel such bookings and reserves the right to block access to this feature for repeated violations. Misuse may result in legal action.

Modification of Terms

Broadgrail reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hackensack, New Jersey, or, if not subject to arbitration, will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Force Majeure

Broadgrail shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Termination

Broadgrail reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Broadgrail. Broadgrail may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at its sole discretion without restriction.
